Job Description

Head of Commercial Finance, Retail, 6 month FTC £75-85k, LondonReporting into the Finance Director and managing a team of two Finance Business Partners you will be responsible for partnering Retail and Property Directors, supporting on delivery of key projects , underpinning strategic initiatives, cost management andperformance insights.Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key business partner with senior Operations, Retail and Property management to develop business cases - project financials and written business proposals that assess specific site investment opportunities
  • Analyse performance against the Long Range Plan, Budget, Forecasts and prior year evaluating risks and opportunities and recommending appropriate actions
  • Deliver commercial analysis to support tactical & strategic decision making
  • Review and assess competitor investment programmes and deliver insights
Prior Experience:
  • Fully qualified Accountant
  • Prior management experience
  • Experience in a commercial finance roles ideally within a multi-site business.
