Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an ultra-high-end property agency in Mayfair as a New Business Analyst in their new Client Services division. This property company is independently owned and currently employs over 230 staff throughout its ever-expandingnetwork of offices in the UK.Due to their exciting sustainable growth plans, they are actively looking to recruit a highly organised and talented individual to help to build and grow their client services department within their London network of offices.You will be tasked with managing existing client data from both residential sales and lettings across a network of 8 London offices. Essentially, the key focus of this role is to create sales and lettings lead referral opportunities for all the fee earnerswithin the relevant Sales and Lettings teams and support them in meeting their goals, etc.The main responsibilities of this role will include:-Client Services

  • Accurately managing client data within operating databases
  • Referring Leads to both the lettings and sales valuers and arranging appointments using a networked diary system
  • Prospecting for future business by calling/emailing previous contacts
  • Liaising with the sales and lettings teams to ensure all business opportunities are passed and followed up efficiently
  • Produce regular market updates to inform client bank of market trends etc.
The successful candidate will need to:
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have good negotiating skills.
  • Have a strong personality and be able to communicate/build good rapports on various levels.
  • Have a professional and strong telephone manner.
  • Be disciplined, self-motivated and productive.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Have a problem solving attitude.
  • Previous experience working within the property industry would be ideal, preferably in a targeted sales environment or within a new business development role.
