Job Description

Head of CDDUp to £110,000HybridLondonThe CompanyI am hiring a Head of CDD for an international entertainment company based in multiple locations across Europe & USA. This role will be driving AML and CDD strategy and operations to help drive financial crime activity down business-wide.The RoleAs a Head of CDD, you will be:

  • Developing the financial crime strategy across the business.
  • Managing the daily operations for CDD and AML
  • Being the Financial Crime expert across the business.
  • Managing a large team of CDD and AML professionals globally
  • Maintaining the companys ability to remain in-line with fincrime regulation
  • Developing and maintaining AML and CDD policies and procedures across the business
  • Reporting into senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Your skills and experienceTo be successful as a Head of CDD, you will need:
  • Ideally experience in another Head of CDD/Financial Crime/AML
  • Strong financial crime strategy development experience
  • Strong CDD and AML experience
  • Experience managing a large team of CDD and AML professionals
  • Ideally, experience working within the gambling/gaming industry
  • Strong experience working with AML regulations/policy
