Prospectus is delighted to be working with our partner to recruit a Head of Business Development who will help increase awareness of their full service offering amongst women and inspire them to step into and up in the world of tech.Our client is a globalaward-winning social enterprise. Their mission is to introduce and prepare mums for a career in CRM technology (Salesforce) and help women already working in the sector to upskill and progress their careers. They run a series of training programmes with globalaudiences and now, in line with their strategic vison and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead on the sales and marketing strategy.The overall purpose of this role is to lead, co-ordinate and manage a marketingand sales strategy globally with management of the marketing, sales team and suppliers. You will collaborate and implement a marketing and sales strategy fit for current marketing trends shaped by insight from leading marketing/sales experts and produce weeklyreporting against targets to demonstrate progress on nurturing people through a sales funnel. You will also continue to inform and lead on certain areas of marketing, which could include PR, copywriting, online advertising, ambassador management, sponsorshipattraction and management, partner engagement, alongside taking on a management role, to manage and support the marketing and sales team to excel in their role.To be successful as a Head of Business Development you will have excellent marketing experienceusing latest marketing activities and software alongside experience of sponsorship attraction and fulfilment.
