Job Description

HEAD OF ARTWORK AND IT - AGENCYLONDONSALARY + BONUS + BENEFITSWe have partnered with a fantastic full-service creative agency who create award-winning and impactful brand identities for a global client list. From sports, entertainment and technology to culture and tourism, working across a broad range of sectors meansthey never stagnate.The role:

  • Looking for an experienced, agile, and hands-on individual to head-up their Artwork Production & IT department.
  • Working at the forefront of our growing design business, the role involves overseeing artwork delivery for their international client base.
  • Output will be visual identity systems & sophisticated graphic assets, produced in Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator for print and digital use.
  • The role is for a Department Head, they are looking for an individual that is happy doing as well as managing others.
Requirements:
  • Working closely with project teams to manage delivery schedules and processes
  • Developing flexible and tailored ways of working for different client needs
  • Flawless file preparation for delivery
  • Managing a team of artwork and production specialists
  • Photoshop re-touching and compositing skills are a bonus
This is a dual role that also includes managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure / critical systems of the business: From small day-to-day IT support tasks, through to big-picture infrastructure decision making.
  • Providing troubleshooting / IT and technical support for employees
  • Hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance
  • Network, server, and archive management.
  • Working with external IT suppliers
  • System security
