HEAD OF ANALYTICS£80,000 - 90,000LONDONAre you a strategic thinker Problem solver LOVE analytics This opportunity will work with senior stakeholders to determine long term analytics goals and roadmaps within the financial sector.THE COMPANYA financial services company providing financial aid, credit ratings and comparison products. With a data first culture and reliance on optimisation, analytics and e-commerce this is a great role for those who want to use new and exciting tech daily.THE ROLEAs the Head of Analytics, you can expect to provide clear leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring and support to your team. More specifically you will:

  • Defining the analytics roadmap and strategy, Identifying key growth opportunity whilst fostering a great work culture and environment
  • Defining testing and experimentation strategy, monitoring performance of new site features, page configuration, funnel performance and site optimization using a/b testing
  • Hiring new talent to grow the team
    • YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Expert in Digital Analytics and the tools used within deep dive analytics such as Google Analytics and SQL
  • Strong line management credentials, experienced leading teams and building a culture
  • Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
