This nose-to-tail gastropub in the heart of bustling Islington is looking for their next Head Chef, to develop their super seasonal, classically British offering.Basing the menu around locality, seasonality and sustainable practices from whole animal butchery to fostering and maintaining close relationships with suppliers.All food is cooked from fresh at rosette standard, so recent experience in a ‘from fresh’ British kitchen or gastropub is a must.Running a small team of up to 5, and seating up to 60 guests, this role is ideal for a Senior Chef, looking to take a step up, or a Head Chef looking to develop their skills with plenty of upward progression within the business.The Role:
