We are looking for an energetic individual to engage with our higher education students and to support them to get the most out of being students at the college. The role focusses on strategies to support students to complete, achieve and progress which include targeted intervention with vulnerable and at risk learners, providing student finance advice and guidance and supporting the student voice initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience of higher education and of working in a support or advice and guidance capacity. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
