We at Philbys Ltd (feel free to view our website) are looking for a full time property maintenance employee to start immediately. Must have experience! Must have a full driving license, tools and a van. Must be fluent with the English language, reliable and punctual.We work with many of the top estate agents all accross london. We prodominently work in South West London, South East London, the City and some of North London.Successful candidate will be managed by our office and fed work through our work app. Working hours are 8am - 4.30pm, any hours outside of this will be reflected in weekly and monthly bonuses.Taks vary and include tiling, changing locks, changing handles, painting, re-grouting and sealing bathrooms, changing bath and sink waste, changing deck boards, replacing fence panels, re-hanging cupboards and doors etc...Some jobs may take ten minutes, some may take 3 hours.
