Job Description

Role accountabilities:

  • Ensure the onboarding of accounts into Thinkfolio is done within the agreed timeframes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise with various internal and external parties (Fund Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Client Directors, Traders) on the projectensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the Fund Managers and Client Directors to ensure that coding has been accurately interpreted and signed off within the appropriate timeframes.
  • Ensure client guideline queries from across the business are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review post trade reports to assess the validity of alerts and work with the coding team, fund manager and client director in the resolution of these alerts.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
  • At least two years in a guideline-related job function
  • Experience of working in a previous Guidelines Transition Project
  • Experience of working within ThinkFolio and/or Blackrock Aladdin/Charles River
  • Strong understanding of fixed income securities.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
