Job Description

Guest Services ExecutivePlease note that this is a rota-based position that operates on 4 days on/ 4 days off including weekends. Hours: 8.30am-8.30pmSalary: up to £23,000 per annum + benefits & discretionary bonusLocation: KensingtonRole objective: Reporting to the General Manager, this exciting Guest Services Executive role is primarily responsible for managing the cliental journey from the initial inquiry stages to assisting with both the check-in and check-out phases. Servicing a UHNW client base,in this role, you will be ensuring that the guest experiences journey is operated with a 5-star exemplary service from start to finish. You will be responsible to ensure that you offer a high-end service, constantly exceeding expectations with the abilityto go above and beyond at all times. In collaboration with the whole operations team (housekeeping, maintenance, third parties), you will be part of a forward-thinking, fast-paced, and dynamic team for this luxury serviced apartment brand.Key responsibilities: * Acting as the Duty Manager for shifts including the supervision of the maintenance and housekeeping teams.* First point of contact for all guests.* Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner.* Meet and greet clients.* Handle any complaints efficiently, escalate when necessary.* Work with the head housekeeper to ensure that cleaning standards are maintained throughout.* Keeping the reception, communal, public areas, and the front of the building clean, tidy and well presented at all times.* To ensure that maintenance issues are reported quickly and are escalated to the relevant department.* Taking payments and reservations, managing extensions.* Handling all incoming inquiries.* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our guests, clients, bookers, and travel agents.* Acting as the personal concierge to guests assisting to book any services that may require i.e. taxi, restaurant, babysitter, etc.Knowledge, skills, experience: * Previous experience of customer service within a serviced apartment, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred (Ideally high-end/ 5-star service).* Excellent hospitality and communication skills - fluent written and oral English.* Strong customer liaison ability.* Knowledge of events/restaurants/ shopping/ tourist attractions in the area especially with local high-end operators, events, and activities.* A can-do attitude and great problem-solving ability.* Organised and proactive approach.* A keen eye for detail.* Diplomatic in your approach.* Level-headed, calm and pragmatic, polished appearanceDue to the high volume of applicants, Office Collective can only respond to successful candidates.
