Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for Guest Services Assistant to join our Front of House Department on a permanent basis. This role is based in our Main Hospital in Central London with a competitive salary on offer up to £21,155 per annum.Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UKs largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have approx. 1300 employees across 8 sites, where we cover a broad range of specialisms, including complexmedical and surgical procedures and a comprehensive range of cancer and outpatient services.Job DescriptionAs Guest Services Assistant you will ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the Clinic.

  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent post, 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: 2 shifts on, 2 shifts off which averages 40 hours/week, 12 hours/shift - includes one hour break. Shifts will be 8.00 am to 8.00 pm
  • Salary: £21,155 per annum.
  • Location: The London Clinic Main Hospital, 20 Devonshire Place, London, W1G 6BW

Duties & Responsibilities
  • To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the Clinic.
  • To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.
  • To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.
  • To have first class customer service skills and be of smart appearance when dealing with patients and visitors on a daily basis.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Experience working in a similar environment, wither hotel or hospital.
  • Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
  • Adaptable and flexiable in approach with good attention to detail and the ability to work in a team and on your own.
