Group Pathology Manager - Private Hospital Group Up to £82,000 plus Pension, Private Medical Insure and Additional Company Benefits London, Multi-site Full Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading private hospital group who are currently in search for a Group Pathology Manager to join their team. This position will be based at their site in Wimbledon, South London, with regular travel required at a second site in Essex. They provide a full range of services including blood transfusions, clinical chemistry, endocrinology and immunology, haematology and coagulation, histopathology and cytology as well as microbiology and serology. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management across the two UKAS accredited Pathology departments, ensuring the delivery of a high quality and cost-effective service. We are looking for someone who has significant experience working at a management level, as you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow and enhance the service. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work within an independent healthcare organisation and make the position your own. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week which will be worked during core hours. Role Requirements - Clinically qualified with HCPC registered - Significant experience working within a hospital pathology department - Previous management experience, ideally managing multiple sites - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Budget management experience - Excellent time and deadline management Summary My client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Pathology Manager to work across two sites.
