Role: Group FP&A ManagerDay rate: Competitive (Umbrella)Contract: 3 months (poss. extension)Location: working remotely Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join a leading organisation on initially a 3 months contract. This role will involve working from home initially. Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for working closely with the leadership team to formulate the businesss medium to long term financial and strategic plan. Working with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts. Producing models to project short and long term growth and determine the impacting business factors. Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team. Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance. Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results and reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives. Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions. Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts. Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets and provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability. Ideal skill set: * ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant * Group Financial Planning & Analysis is essential * Previously working for large global organisations * Experience preparing presentational reports for Board meetings * Experience preparing consolidated business forecasts and adhoc modelling/analysis plans * Cost modelling / budget analysis Business case preparation * Strong quantitative abilities * Able to solve complex problems * Exceptional commercial acumen * Strong stakeholder management experience * Exceptional IT systems knowledge and experience - Advanced in Excel * Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with personnel at all levels If you are interested please can you submit your CV now to be considered for the position.
