Group Financial Controller

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will manage a team of 3 direct reports
From mentoring and training the newly recruited finance team, to business partnering with senior stakeholders, this role is all encompassing

Description

Carry out special projects or tasks required
Continually improve internal controls and processes
Facilitate and promote team work mentality
Mentor the finance team and provide training
Ensure business processes and controls are established and followed as well as implementation of operational improvements as the business expands
Be responsible for preparation of financial statements and technical content of the listed interim and annual Plc reports for AIM reporting
Improve financial and KPI reporting across the business, assist with the coordination and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
Business partnering senior stakeholders to influence decisions from a financial standpoint.
Supporting the CFO with ad hoc project work

Profile

Qualified Accountant Ideally ACA or ACCA
Listed Plc experience would be beneficial
Demonstrable technical accounting background, including knowledge of local IFRS
A desire to work in an agile, high performance environment. They work like a start up to deliver great growth
