Job Description An exciting opportunity exists with a growing SME property and hospitality business! This is a great opportunity for a technical ACA with a keen ability to business partner! Group Finance Manager£70 000 - £75000 p/annum + benefitsWe are very excited to be partnered with a fast growing, SME business looking to employ a dynamic, outgoing, and technically strong ACA to lead their finance function for the group. Although the role requires a technically astute ACA, there is an element ofbusiness partnering in the role which would involve partnering with both internal and external stakeholders around budgets, revenue forecasts and key financial issues. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the group results.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts for review by senior stakeholders.
  • Support the FC and CFO on ad hoc projects.
  • Support the Head of People to process monthly payroll and submissions of HMRC requirements.
  • Manage the year end audit process for the group of companies.
  • Lead and develop a small team.
  • Advise and support on implementation of new initiatives, policies, and system improvements.
  • Collaborate and advise budget holders in the group around key financial issues and revenue forecasts.
The successful candidate:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Technically sound - consolidations, IFRS, GAAP
  • Strong business partnering skills.
