Job Description

Are you a Greek Speaking Office Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity Job title: Office Manager (Greek Speaking)Salary: £25.000 - £27.000Type: Temporary - Maternity coverLength: 12-14 MonthsLocation: Central LondonJob Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional skills & qualifications required
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position in executive level
  • Articulate and polished written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Excellent administrative, and organisational skills, maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Handle pressure in a wide variety of activities and confidential matters
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite- especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
