La Fosse is currently engaged with a quantitative technology firm seeking a GRC specialist to join their growing function.* Create, implement, and uphold GRC policies and practices compliant with legal and industry best practices.* Promote governance of policy. Review and update policies often to account for modifications to the business environment and develop compliance criteria.* Participate in security education and awareness campaigns for staff members to support a strong, balanced security culture.* Regularly evaluate and boost the efficiency of GRC procedures and controls.* Keep abreast of new trends, laws, and GRC best practices.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the best security frameworks such as ISO27001/NIST. You will have strong communication skills with excellent project management skills. Relevant certifications such as CISA/CISSP are not essential butdesirable.
