Job Description

Graphic & Digital Designer Up to £35kLondon (hybrid working)Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Designer to join their award winning media agency to work on creative ideas and pitch responses for some of the most well-known global brands out there.As part of this internal creative team you will be working on international projects and encouraged to bring new ideas, think outside of the box and develop commercially relevant commercial ideas.You will be working as part of a collaborative team who value work life balance. As well as working on a range of clients you will also be working across different platforms and various disciplines, primarily digital but also print and large format design.Responsibilities

  • Working with the senior Designers and Project Managers, to provide digital & design solutions for New Business Pitches and Marketing
  • Developing and creating bespoke client presentations and experiences alongside senior designers and freelance partners
  • Develop and elevate digital and web design offering from the department
  • Creating and designing mood boards and concept mock-ups
  • Artwork, final designs and ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard
Skills and Experience
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • UX experience, developing wireframes and utilising web development software
  • Premiere & After Effects skills are beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to present ideas with clarity
  • An ability to collaborate with other Designers and develop Junior Designers within the team
  • Excellent project management and time management skills in order to work in partnership with project team, specialists, and new business teams to deliver creative solutions to brief.
  • Creatively minded in order to push boundaries where possible
  • Working collaboratively with team members outside of the production team including Technology, Account Service and Delivery to deliver creative experience
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS beneficial, but not essential
  • Enthusiasm and passion for design a must
