  • Extensive diary management for a team of 4-5
  • Responsibility for the day to day activities of the team
  • All travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car bookings, visas and currency etc.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders as necessary
  • Assisting in the collation and preparation of presentations and documentation
  • Project management
  • Research
  • and much more!
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience in a dynamic and busy Team PA / Team Assistant / Client Administrator role (even if only 6 months)
  • Impeccable organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Confident, charismatic and warm personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
  • PC literate including all MS Office packages, iMac knowledge is beneficial
  • Strong work ethic and good business acumen
  • Dynamic, personable and proactive team player
  • An interest in the retail and consumer industries and entrepreneurship is beneficial
