JOB ROLE: Graduate Team AssistantJOB TYPE: Permanent COMPANY: Accountancy FirmHOURS: 9:00am - 5:30pmSALARY: £28,000 - £32,000 *Depending on experienceSTART DATE: ASAP - Willing to wait notice periodLOCATION: Heart of London City! (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home)CULTURE: Friendly, well established company, hardworking, professional, social, vibrant, dynamic team.DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
  • Working closely with directors and supporting them with anything they need
  • Office administration, producing letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes
  • Managing diary for directors, arranging meetings and appointments including travel arrangements
  • Answering telephones, greeting clients, visitors and providing excellent customers services and professionalism
  • Submitting presentations and documentations
  • Comply with internal office policies and procedures and help improve all internal processes
  • Liaising with other staff within the group of companies
  • Keen to learn new softwares both internal (work management software) and external (bookkeeping/accounting software)
  • Acting as the go-to support for the entire team, taking on a variety of different tasks
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • A graduate from a top University, with 3-4 years experience in a professional service
  • Ideally working within financial services/corporate companies
  • A flexible individual who is happy to take on the small tasks as well as the big tasks
  • A strong understanding of how an office works & experience in a professional environment
  • Important to be competent, capable, and conscientious
  • Must be personable, friendly, approachable attitude
  • "can do" attitude willing to help no matter what the task
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
  • Confident, professional well mannered
  • IT literate, knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Personable, friendly, and enthusiastic - personality is key!
