We are currently working with a fantastic Primary school in Lambeth, South London who are looking to appoint a strong Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team.The Role: The successful Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant will have recently completed a good degree (2:1 or higher) in any core subject, however Science, Technology, English, Maths and Psychology are very well regarded. You will ideally have some experience working with children, specifically Key Stage 2 year groups (7-11 years old), however this is not essential.Your role will be working with the Class Teachers to raise attainment across Maths and English subjects working with individual students as well as running small group interventions across the school. This is a long term, full time role to commence next term (April 2021) for the remainder of the academic year. There is also the possibility of joining the Graduate Teaching Program or Schools Direct program for the right person, which will commence from September 2021.The School: This is a popular, very well-run 2-form entry in the heart of Lambeth.
