Job Description

My organisation is searching for a number of Graduates to join a fantastic Talent Acquisition team in one of the worlds largest energy companies.From Day 1 you will be fully involved in all recruitment activity supporting teams who are focussed on the attraction and recruitment of expatriate individuals to work in the Middle East.You will have access to work with some of the best in the industry, sharing their knowledge and expertise to help you gain the skills you need to progress quickly within the organisation. The sky is the limit with this role and it will give you a great groundingin Talent Acquisition and the wider HR agenda within a Global setting.On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Arrange and coordinate virtual interviews and assist with the scheduling of face to face interview workshops. This will hone your time management and people management skills.
  • Assist recruitment team with collection of candidate documentation and system updates utilizing the new Success Factors platform ensuring your developing skills in business administration are accurate and timely.
  • Assist with candidate offer preparation and managing the offer process
  • Provide analytics and reporting support to the recruitment team and management
Role requirements
  • Degree (BSc / BA) or equivalent
  • Experience in office administration
