Job Description

Graduate Recruitment SchemeOur client, a recruitment agency and a leading provider of post-graduate career development programmes, is looking for aGraduate to join their busy Graduate Scheme team. Theirmission is to provide young professionals with the skills and experience necessaryto succeed in todays competitive job market.The Graduate Scheme role involves:

  • Cold calling to gain new clients
  • Identifying candidates for successful placements
  • Interacting with and processing individuals who have been identified as potential successful candidates
  • Interviewing candidates for placement opportunities
  • Negotiating terms of contract
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2:1 graduate is preferred but not required
  • Competitive, ambitious and results driven candidates
  • Great work ethic and self-motivated individuals
  • Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates who enjoy working in a target-based environment
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
