Our client is an established Ecommerce business, providing innovative culinary products for B2B and B2C customers based in North London. We are recruiting a Graduate Sales Administrator to support a small friendly team with the administration for the business. The successful candidate will be a Graduate with administration experience have good IT skills and numeracy and excellent Customer Service. This is an office based role in a COVID friendly environment. On-site parking is available. Duties will include:* Supporting the team with data input using a bespoke CRM system* Raising purchase orders* Issuing invoices* Providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone and via email* Liaising with the warehouse/logistics team* Any ad hoc admin duties* Training provided Skills and attributes:* Degree educated or equivalent* Administration experience * Good IT skills* Strong numeracy* Excellent Customer ServiceThis is a super opportunity for a Graduate to join an established & successful Ecommerce company located in North London. with good IT skills and numeracy and excellent Customer Service.
