Graduate Headhunter - Software Sales RecruitmentPackage: £23-£28K Base Salary (£40K OTE Year 1, £60K OTE Year 2, £100K OTE Year 3)A forward-thinking and innovative software sales agency are keen to find their next Headhunter. This business has gone from strength to strength over the last five years, building relationships with some of most exciting Tech start-ups in the US and Europe.The graduate Headhunter will be tasked with sourcing and speaking to A-players, candidates who have delivered exceptional results in a sales capacity to vendors across the globe - you will be having high level conversations with highly intelligent and successfulcandidates. The ideal candidate will be money-driven, naturally inquisitive and resilient enough to deal with the trials and tribulations of one of the fastest growing industries in the world.The Role
