  • Successfully manage candidate generation and interview process
  • Manage candidate onboarding process
  • Generate business opportunities
  • Effectively running candidate meeting
  • Execute effective sourcing strategy by generating candidates through headhunting and referrals
  • Develop a candidate networking
  • Effective candidate qualification
  • Candidate presentation with all relevant information
  • Respond to candidate issues in an effective manner
  • Basic understanding of and adherence to legal stipulations for writing advertisements, giving candidate feedback and candidate qualification
What youll bring to tech recruitment
  • A graduate from top 100 university, 2:1 or above
  • Ambitious and career minded individual, but also down to earth and grounded
