Graduate Recruitment Administrator£24-£25kWFH initially, then based in offices in the CityMy client, a well-established, global Construction company based in the heart of the City, have an incredible opportunity for a Recruitment Administratorto join them in a permanent role. You will be educated to degree level and have 6-12 months exposure to recruitment.The Role- Assist in the organisation of events at schools and universities including careers fairs, presentations and site visits- Assist in the initial screening process of candidates for all Early Careers vacancies- Assist in the organisation of interviews and assessment centres for all candidates- Support the Early Careers and HRSS teams in raising and processing employment offers/ acceptances for new staff- Manage communication and relationships between candidates and the Early Careers team- Assist in the organisation of pre-induction and induction days- Maintain key documents, ensuring they are up to date- Ensure the Early Careers mailbox is maintained, and all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner- Work on a variety of projects to help drive Early Careers initiatives- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Early Careers TeamThe Person- 1 years’ Recruitment or candidate management experience- Experience within Construction/Engineering is highly desirable- Must be educated to degree level- Willing to learn, ability to absorb knowledge and use their initiative- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy in delivery a high quality service- IT Systems oriented who can easily grasp understanding of the systems- Able to work to deadlines with focus on results and quality of service- Focused on promoting best practice in line with Company Policy and Procedures.- Methodical and proactive approach to duties- Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and OutlookOur mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
