A venture captial client is looking for a Graduate Finance Assistant to join their London based team. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has recently graduate with a finance and accoutring degree and is looking to pursue an ACCA or CIMA.The ideal candidate will have some bookkeeping experience.Fund Administration* Depository liaison i.e. address transactional queries and provide supporting documentation compiled from both the Finance and Legal Team* Assist with the payable process, from coordinating internal sign-off to preparing wires for investment, expenses and distributions* Support with stakeholder queries (Limited Partners, Administrators and Third-party auditors) with respect of fund activity* Support the Investor Relations team with maintaining investor records Fund Accounting (US GAAP / Luxembourg GAAP)* Support with the year-end audit and quarterly reporting* Assist with cash reconciliations, monthly and quarterly closes on FrontInvest (accounting/investment management system)* Assist with bookkeeping in relation to intercompany transactions* Assist with fund operations including capital calls, distributions and transfers Tax* Support with annual US tax compliance (K-1, 1042 and 5471 Forms) project work
