The firm operates as a market leader on an international scale in the financial sector (mainly focusing on investment bankingand private equity firms). They have developed over the years from a boutique London firm into a European powerhouse thus operating great career opportunities for a motivated and driven individual.The firm works with a large range of clients and work on fully retained mandates to place C-suite, Director and Board-Level professionals.Successful Candidates:Our client is looking for individuals who have shown ambition drive throughout their time at university both with their grades 2:1 and above from a top University and through extra-curricular activities.

  • Name identification - wide use of internal and external sources of information (database, directories, press etc)
  • Phone research to identify candidates through calls to companies and individuals directly
  • Update calls to ensure that the information obtained from the database is correct, switchboard checked and that any recent leavers and their whereabouts are identified
  • Constantly seek to gain relevant factual information and qualitative third-party source comments on individuals we are tracking
  • Approaching candidates, handling questions / objections, understanding career motivations, assessing potential candidates by telephone prior to inviting them for interview
  • Production of longlist (all candidates who meet the specification) based on clients brief
  • Responsibility for maintaining high quality information on our database and consistency of input approach across practice areas
  • Expected to have a full knowledge of all aspects of the database and company procedures (including documentation and assignment administration)
  • Generating and maintaining up-to-date records of moves and changes within specific practice areas, companies or sectors
