Job Description

They are a rapidly growing training consultancy that is looking to recruit a new cohort of Graduate Training Consultants to manage their increased workload. Established for nearly 20 years, this organisation punches well above its weight with some impressive household names as clients. A boutique-style business, with less than 30 in the office and are looking for candidates to join a close-knit and successful team.The Role

  • Demonstrate strong inquisitive skills and be genuinely interested in a career in consultancy
  • Be able to absorb detailed information quickly and effectively and have a business/process focus
  • Have a people focus and be able to work effectively and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Identify the correct technology to fill a clients needs
  • Learn agile methodologies to deliver a timely and smooth technology rollout
  • Create training manuals
  • Run training courses for individuals across all levels
  • You will need to build relationships with customer project teams
  • Be prepared to occasionally travel around the UK and Overseas
    • The Candidate
  • Have 1-3 years experience of working in consultancy or business-focused role ideally within a training business
  • Be educated to degree level from a top 30 university
  • Be able to demonstrate examples of managing complex situations and dealing with multiple deadlines
  • Be confident in running training course and speaking with C Level executives from a variety of different sectors
  • Have a people focus and be able to work effectively and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Be prepared to be occasionally based away from home during the working week depending on the clients location
