Job Description

They also value progression and development, making it a fantasticplace to grow your career.The rolePut simply, you will support healthcare professionals with an understanding of the company’s medical device portfolio. You’ll delve into clinical support, case coverage, account management and customer service to facilitate the use of our client’s productsin the theatre environment.Other responsibilities include:

  • Guiding clinical decision making at each end of the process
  • Achieve all KPIs set to achieve business demands
  • Craft training for theatre staff
  • Providing solutions to customer pain-points
  • Attending regional symposiums and representing the company brand
  • Provide connection between customers and the regional sales manager
The requirementsGround-level understanding of anatomy and physiology is key to this role, as well as:
  • Degree educated in a relevant Science or Sports discipline
  • Sound understanding of orthopaedic principles
  • Flexible and able to meet the demands of the role
  • Demonstrable time management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK drivers license held for 3+ years
  • Flexible and willing to travel across the North East London and Essex territory
  • Proactive and willing to take charge of professional development
