Job Description

Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialistson a permanent and interim basis.We are currently recruiting for a new role as a Graduate and Lateral Recruitment Manager on behalf of a new client in the Legal Sector. Part of a close-knit HR team, you will lead on:

  • Graduate Recruitment and Development - strategy and execution, including, sourcing from universities, Vacation Schemes, Induction, Performance Management, Qualification and Resource Planning.
  • Lateral Recruitment, including qualified and experienced lawyers
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Supervising a Talent Management Administrator
Applicants should have subject matter expertise and a proven track record of achievements in delivering on the Early Careers agenda and ideally, some experience of recruiting lawyers in the Legal sector. Strong people, project and stakeholder managementskills and the ability to operate in a complex, international and multicultural environment are essential, together with a broader understanding of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, including D&I.
