They provide their clients, mostly banks, access to cloud-based post-trade services that centres on derivates and extends into collateral and risk management. They replicate the infrastructure and service elements of clearance brokers and lower the barrier of entry as well as lowering costs. Their post-trade solutions aim to democratise capital markets and give far greater access. They have seen incredible growth and business wins recently, so are looking to further grow their team!Job descriptionIn this Graduate Analyst job, you will be working within a tight-knit team of the business, and will be trained up over your first 6 months across many areas of the business operations. This position will start by training you up on their services covering the rates and FX markets, moving on to the more exotic options down the line! After covering these, you may even be working on developing new solutions for the business. The role will also take on client-facing duties, so great communication and problem-solving skills are a must!
