Job Description

The Role You will complete an intensive induction programme to provide a broad understanding of the business, its products and its processes followed by 3 to 4 placements that will range from 6 to 12 months working within different business areas, being engaged in real-life technology projects and challenges.During the course of three years, you will work as a part of a team in one of our dynamic market facing practices or service delivery teams to develop solutions for clients and advising on their technology and data needs. Key Responsibilities As such, you will need to be agile, flexible and develop yourself to grow within a technology consulting environment. During the graduate programme, you will gain commercial and practical experience within:

  • Project management:Planning, executing and monitoring projects. Gain experience on how to scope a project, build the plan and manage work packages. Work with the team to define and manage project risks.
  • Business analysis:Analyse business processes and document requirements. Work with clients to understand their business processes and define technology requirements to make their business more efficient and effective.
  • Service delivery management:Ensure the delivery of IT services is achieved in line with our clients expectations. Make sure IT services are delivered to the agreed levels of performance and ensure IT support processes are in place to meet business needs.
  • Enterprise architecture:Assess business strategy and technology solutions. Make sure our clients business strategy uses technology systems architecture to achieve its goals.
  • Solution architecture:Understand technology requirements and define the solution. Work on the design of applications or services as part of the solution development team.
  • Data and analytics:Use data to drive insight and better decision making. Use client data to help answer questions and communicate results to help clients make better business decisions.
  • Information security: Working with colleagues in the information security team to undertake cyber threat identification and analysis. Use vulnerability assessment tools to test applications security designs and help with cyber awareness campaigns

    • At the end of the 3-year programme, you are likely to specialise in one of the above areas and continue to excel on client focused delivery within this domain. You will also be supported and mentored by our leadership team and senior colleagues during this time. Professional courses and training (online & classroom) will be a critical part of your journey with us during the programme. Required Skills
  • You will be graduating or have graduated with a Postgraduate Masters / Undergraduate Degree and have a keen interest in how technology can be used to improve business performance.
  • Candidates must have the energy and drive to succeed, be committed to excellence in their results, be curious and comfortable to challenge the status quo and be innovative in their thinking.
  • You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach, with excellent communication skills. You will also be a team player, with the ability to contribute positively in a team working environment.
  • You will need to be a proactive member of the business. To always be on the lookout for new opportunities and how we can improve our business. As such, you will need to be comfortable liaising and managing senior internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Although formal certifications are not necessary, any exposure obtained through prior work experience in IT/ Technology, Consulting, Business/ Data Analysis, Project Management
