Our Client is a leading law firm, who are looking at add a new graduate with internship experience and a Analyst 1 or 3 to their M&A deals team. You will be reporting into the Director of the firm to deliver strategic growth for clients through identifying, evaluating and executing new business initiatives.Responsibilities: Assisting with all aspects of M&A process from start to finish. Evaluating new business opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and/or joint ventures. Applying valuation models to determine an accurate purchase price and valuation of a company. Assisting in the financial modelling of a company by projecting its financial performance and undertaking risk- benefit analysis. Assisting in the preparation of all marketing materials and presentations. Reviewing investment performance against business plans and strategic objectives. Conduct research and analysis in order to prepare presentations on M&A and general strategy Analysing company performance. Assisting in the management of existing portfolio investments including the preparation of operating reviews for the management team. Assisting with carrying out due diligence reports for the operational, financial and legal risk assessment of a company. Assisting in the execution of deals. Candidate Requirements: Bsc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative field. 1-3 Years M&A experience at an Investment bank or Big 4 (Transaction services, Deal Advisory team) or recent graduate with at least 12 months internship experience in finance. A strong knowledge of M&A ideally in the gaming and technology sectors. Excellent analytical and modelling (DCF) skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects and meet deadlines effectively.
