Job Description

Google Cloud Data Engineer - Summer Internship About Go Reply:Go Reply is the Reply Group company specialising in workload migration to Google Cloud Platform and then supports clients to optimise these workloads. Our collaborative approach allows our clients to enjoy benefits such as rapid innovation and development cycles.Our focus areas are both application workload migration and data migrations into platforms engineered on GCP. Go Reply is a Google Cloud Premier Partner with over 100 GCP engineers across our European practice. Go Reply hold Google awarded specialisationsin Infrastructure and Machine Learning and are also a Google Cloud Platform Managed Service Partner, an award from Google to endorse our credentials in managed services. Role Overview: As a Graduate Cloud Consultant, you will be part of a team of cloud specialists building highly resilient, scalable and performant cloud solutions based on Google Cloud Platform. In addition, youll get the opportunity to engage in data-driven solution development,leveraging GCPs suite of data analytics and machine learning tools. Responsibilities:

  • You will be designing, building and managing Generative AI applications on Google Cloud
  • Working as part of a team, delivering cutting edge algorithms and intelligent system solutions
  • There will be work available in data engineering, data analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation
  • You will work alongside our labs teams and develop research opportunities targeted at our clients to open up new avenues for work and innovation in the cloud
  • Over the summer, you will collaborate with Go Reply employees from various backgrounds including data science, security, data engineering, platform engineering, and data visualisation
About the candidate:
  • Currently studying towards a Computer Science or STEM degree
  • Working knowledge of Python or Golang
  • Ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools
  • Propensity to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges of Big Data Analytics.
