We have no rigid hours and boast our very own dedicated in-house Happiness Coach.Who You Are:You have an excellent understanding of Paid Media Marketing Campaigns using Google Ads. You have relevant industry knowledge and experience in creating, optimising, and running paid per click campaigns. You work hard and smart, on your own initiative, and are able to set and achieve multiple goals within deadlines. You are dedicated, you are a great team player, but most importantly, you put happiness and fulfillment first, proactively seeking your ideal work/life harmony.Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and running PPC campaigns on Google
  • Reporting on paid advertising activity to the Website Manager and proactively working towards achieving business goals and targets within Google campaigns and ensuring they are on track to deliver the allocated budget and hit the target KPI’s
  • Plan and execute campaigns on Google, conducting tests and analysing data to ensure every ad makes the maximum impact
  • Increase conversion rates across marketing activity
  • Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to help drive our strategy
  • Gather data and report on campaign statistics to help to improve overall campaign performance, traffic, ACPC, ROAS, CTR
  • Constantly optimize the digital campaigns - writing ad copies, optimize targeting, carry out keyword research, keyword optimization, bid strategy optimization to maximize ROI and conversion rate
    • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Editor and Google Tag Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, including tracking campaigns, setting up smart goals, and creating regular reports.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach. Foreseeing possible difficulties within the accounts and helps the overall team to be more proactive and prepared.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong English in written and verbal communication.
