We believe that focusing on performance and results has the power to transform client business.Job DescriptionThis role is focused predominantly on the consumer side of the GSK business - working on well-known consumer brands such as Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Voltaren & Otrivin.The day-to-day clients are passionate, friendly and care about the mission of their brands. They are obsessed with innovating new approaches to support growth. The agency team is comprised of various people across the Groupe picking the top talent from allagencies. As a result you will get to learn about these agencies and their capabilities and work closely with their teams. Additionally, youll also have exposure to wider agency and consulting teams - all of whom are working to support this large, globalclient and continue to innovate and evolve in industry-leading ways.RoleSitting within the PlatformGSK London HQ hub, you will be a core member of Global Go to Market team - responsible for driving connectivity and collaboration between the diverse teams which combine to deliver leading client service. The unique mandate ofthis team is to empower local market media campaigns as well as to enable the delivery of essential global workstreams.This allows for the role to be built around a diverse range of projects, from working alongside global category to help implement strategic projects in market (including global media strategies and unique creative deliverables), to working with Data & Analyticson landing media planning and data platforms in local markets, to working with digital teams to partner on media effectiveness projects or monitoring global partnerships (e.g. Google/Meta/Amazon).Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be working with global specialists, regional strategy leads, Business Unit leads, and local market teams to understand how best to land GSKs global business objectives in market. You will be a key component of the Go To Market team, partneringwith pGSK colleagues to track global initiatives, manage requests and lend expertise in support of smooth and efficient outcomes.Core CompetenciesWe are looking for someone who can immediately slot into our team working alongside a mixed group of senior colleagues with various specialisms. As such you should:

  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an agile way
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring multiple projects are moving toward their deadline
  • Be comfortable asking clarifying questions but are also confident to proactively make suggestions to initiate/improve tasks
  • Have an understanding of media, coming from either a local media planning or digital media background or have experiencing working on an international media account
  • Be a strong communicator who can clearly brief and encourage timely delivery of valuable outputs from local market contacts and other internal partners whilst being empathetic and supportive of their needs
  • Be a strong presenter and storyteller who produces good written work and has an eye for visual design
  • Have a curiosity to learn, whilst displaying resilience, cultural awareness and a can-do attitude
  • Have the ability to source data & information from a wide range of sources and synthesise analysis, to direct and support strategic recommendations, using existing knowledge of media industry tools and systems where appropriate
Core Projects:
  • Supporting the Go To Market (GTM) team, working predominantly on the consumer health side of the GSK business (e.g. market leading brands such as Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Voltaren, Otrivin)
  • Developing the GTM product - how we continue to connect teams as a single network of talent, making connections between teams via forums, trackers and processes, understanding GSK global needs
  • Global workstreams - understanding proposed initiatives, client challenges and strategic thought leadership and translating these into practical and understandable directions for local market teams
  • Connectivity with other pGSK global teams - maintain a constant dialogue with the specialist teams and representing GTM thinking in terms of project management, information flow and tracking
  • Connectivity with local market teams - maintain a constant dialogue with the 12x regional Business Unit (BU) leadership teams to assess strategic shifts and challenges on the ground in local markets, understand why these are taking place, and confidentlyrepresent this information to global stakeholders
