Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestl.The Client Electrolux is a white goods company. Their mission is to create better living, and they have done this for 100 years. They strike the right balance between brand building and ecommerce, having recently launched their own D2C platform.The European team is located in Stockholm. This year they have bolstered their media team with new leadership and additional team members in order to accelerate their centralisation ambitions.The Zenith performance team activates Webshops (spare parts), D2C (but appliances direct), Warranties & Services and Always On, meaning we have the opportunity to implement a variety of different strategies and the budget to make a difference to the bottomline.Job DescriptionThis position requires a motivated, technical & entrepreneurial person to lead day-to-day strategic management across Electrolux Webshops paid search business, overseeing strategic plan development and all aspects of execution, whilst simultaneously deliveringimmaculate client service. This individual will define, design and deliver Zenith global vision of ROI+ as a mantra and help champion that spirit to their team, while positioning Zenith as a digital strategy leader, working closely with the Performance MediaDirector and four Executives. The ideal candidate will not only have a solid understanding of best practice, but also have a vocal/visible opinion on how to adapt it with the countless updates in the digital space.

  • Develop paid search program strategies and analysis for the client on a global scale (e.g., identifying target audience, geographic, timing/scheduling strategy)
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clients products, competition, industry and marketing objectives; and be able to translate them into search strategies.
  • Deliver media strategies, and oversee the local leverage of these strategies into a best practice media recommendation
  • Use a strong knowledge of SA360 to deliver relentless best practice at scale.
  • Have experience in providing recommendations for shopping campaigns.
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for mid-level clients and global counter-parts
  • Contribute to client presentations and meetings, including presentation of data and results succinctly
  • Establish practices to ensure both consistency in team-work, along with the flexibility to flourish under new ideas
  • Identify gaps/inefficiencies in a timely manner and create improved processes
  • Taking ownership of the PPC Testing Timeline for their specific line of business
  • Grow best practice training to inspire knowledge sharing within immediate team and outside
  • Perform research and insight analysis
  • Prioritize teamwork, delegating responsibilities and developing planner(s) for advancement
  • Ensure that the development and wellbeing of 2 execs and 2 assistants
Qualifications
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns (Google and Microsoft)
  • Passion to learn about Shopping campaigns, and provide recommendations on feeds.
  • Experience and a love of all things SA60, including features like Auction Time Bidding, Ad-Builder and (less important) Inventory Management Campaigns.
  • A desire to automate, showing evidence of trying moving away from repetitive manual practices particularly in reporting (e.g. Data Studio), but also ad copy.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in excel and Google Sheets and comfortable with formulas to help ease your and the teams time.
  • Interest in digital media, with experience in attribution
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
