Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Marketing Executive to join a worldwide and market leading haircare manufacturing company. Based in central London, offering hybrid working.As the Global Marketing Executive, you will be a key member within the global marketing team, where you be responsible for supporting company growth by assisting with end-to-end execution of Limited Edition and NPD launches, ensuring global brand consistency,in line with commercial strategy. Your role with require you to assist the team with administration, research and project management of Limited Edition and NPD launches in line with the global marketing calendar, coupled with global brand guardianship.JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and review trend reports, sharing findings with the Global Marketing team
  • Analyse competition on a worldwide basis
  • Monitoring Social media trends
  • Be a key contact for the Asset Library management
  • Be a key contact for regions to assist with ad-hoc information requests
  • Support the creation of key Presentations to Management team and markets
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of annual GWP catalogue
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Regions, Design, Studio, Digital and internal departments.
  • Support the team to deliver Limited Edition & NPD launches
  • Assist with the development of Limited Edition Line-ups, campaign concepts, themes, colour and collection name proposals that align to brand vision, values and attitude
  • Lead packaging artwork development for Limited editions: creating copy docs, co-ordinating the copy approval process (managing translations and amends), and ensuring final copy is fully signed off and implemented
  • Attend packaging meetings and studio team meetings to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Assisting with the build of campaign briefs, shoot planning and deliverables
  • Assist with the management of campaign assets, including maintaining Asset Library
  • Support the deployment of go to market launch dossiers and Global Brand Managers with post launch analysis
  • Digitally native approach, collaboration with social media and digital teams
  • Understanding of social media networks / channels and how to maximise opportunities
  • Global brand guardian, supporting consistency and prioritization of customer journey, (website, CRM and social)
  • Understand best practices to help maximise launch potential and local market activation
  • Up-keep the budget tracker, providing updates to management of the Marketing spend
The successful candidate should have:

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and social media
  • Demonstrable marketing experience (1+ year), ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion
  • Educated to degree level
