WHAT YOULL DOYou will be part of BCGs IT Digital Enablement Tribe working on how our digital tools can be used individually and as an ecosystem to enable teams in different hybrid working models. You will work with Product Owners, experts and changeleaders across the organization to develop, deliver and manage the learning strategy for this effort.YOURE GOOD ATLearning designDeveloping learning strategies from the scoping/creation to implementationPartnering with stakeholders to assess training needsand selecting the most appropriate process, structure, technology, and delivery formats depending on learning goalsDefining, prioritizing, and planning the resources and technical requirements needed to deliver the enablement effortDesigning and curating learningincluding but not limited to coaching, live, virtual live, on-demand, interactive multimedia, videos, and in-app digital adoption solutions, etc.Developing and training coach/facilitator pools to deliver engaging training to multidisciplinary teamsEnsuringhigh quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs in a rapidly growing and changing organizationCoordinating with global, regional learning initiatives to integrate digital tools content into system wide cohort training programsStakeholdermanagementBuilding strong working relationships across key stakeholder groupsConvincing and driving alignment between stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, with your confident and competent demeanourWorking successfully within a complex matrix structuredorganization is essential; experience doing so virtually is strongly preferredExplaining L&D best practices and rational to stakeholdersProject managementWorking with stakeholders to create the scope of work and designing and developing effective trainingsolutions and programs according to BCGs goalsManaging timelines and deliverables, experience using agile SCRUM would be preferredEngaging and partnering with vendorsYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelors or masters degree, ideally in educationor digital technologyMinimum 7 years experience in instructional design, learning technology and user experienceExperience in live and live virtual classroom design, leveraging technology to enhance the experienceExperience in designing blended learning solutionsincluding curating contentExperience building asynchronous learning and in-app digital adoption solutions (ie Whatfix, WalkMe)Experience with at least one leading Learning Experience Platform (LXP)Knowledge of Agile and user centric design principlesStrongproject management skills and knowledge of Slack, MS Teams, Trello, Jira, would be a plusExperience working with remote international teamsExcellent English language oral and written communication skills requiredYOULL WORK WITHBCGs HR team works to attract,develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market.
