Job Description

Our client is a global business and a leader in its field. The organisation is moving its technology onto global platforms as part of a wider global business transformation and there is a requirement for an experienced individual to play a key role in this exciting initiative. The role is offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend thereafter.The successful candidate will support the implementation of a Global Service and Operations centre responsible for the management and operation of global IT services. Working closely with local country Operational teams, this role will ensure that IT services can be consistently delivered and the internal SIAM team to establish standardised reporting and monitoring capabilities.Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing key relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-level in operating companies throughout the globe
  • Global stakeholder mapping & engagement
  • User persona definition and mapping and end user channel definition
  • User CSAT / NPS definition and monitoring, tooling identification and introduction
  • Contribute to the global operations organisational design and implementation
  • Develop and own the IT service catalogue
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated and self-managed and will:
  • Possess experience at a senior level in running Global IT Operations
  • Extensive experience in IT service development, operations and delivery. Demonstrated organisational design capabilities.
  • ITIL detailed knowledge.
  • Lead a diverse physical and virtual team across internal and external stake holders.
  • Establishing effective relationships across the business and IT to facilitate the build and execution of a global IT Operational capability.
  • The client organisation is based in South-West London but the role will be largely remote in the short to medium term. Required skills
