Global Investor Structuring (GIS) is a cross asset andglobal team within Global Markets that designs, develops, and executes solutions and content across all asset classes. The team partners closely with our Global salesforce and Trading in every region and asset class to offer best-in-class product knowledge,transaction structuring and deal execution to JP Morgan clients. Within GIS, the EMEA Rates and Equities solutions team focuses on complex product design and execution spanning the equities and rates assets classes, primarily for investors in the Institutionalspace located in EMEA. The teams expertise includes transaction origination, trade ideas and marketing, pricing and execution, as well as the legal and regulatory knowledge across a variety of client channels and delivery wrappers. Role and responsibilitiesPrimary focus on equity-linked solutions, assisting the team with transaction origination and execution Produce relevant analysis including backtesting, sensitivities and other for investors/pricing or to support trading/risk management Stay up to date withinvestment themes, techniques and transaction flows across EMEA Work with sales and trading to bring ideas from concepts to tradable products, balancing the requirements from all involved parties Participate in ad hoc client dialogue about new or existingtransactions Required Skills Demonstrable experience within a markets related transactional role, ideally in the equities space Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity Team player with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentExceptional attention to detail, hardworking, flexible Ability to run multiple projects in parallel, excellent organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Highly proficient in Bloomberg and Excel . Programming experience is a plus.Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Science. Masters degree a plus European language knowledge a plus
