Role OverviewThe Rates business within the Global Broking division is one of the largest producing areas within TP ICAP, spanning Interest Rates Swaps, Options, Gilts, Inflation, Cross Currency, and FI products. The business requires dedicated support in implementing technologyadvancement and innovation in meeting its clients requirements. This role is for a Global Rates Product Manager who will work within the front office and will be responsible for the global product strategy and technology roadmap and will work with the technology groups in the EMEA, Americas and the APAC regions to assistin the delivery of change to meet the KPIs, clients needs, and business goals. The Product Manager will also support the Regional Heads of Rates and Sales in communications with clients to drive platform adoption and reporting of the post-delivery KPIs and other success measures to the board and other stakeholders.
