Job Description

Ad Idem are currently working with a global investment company, who have an opening for a Financial Controller to join their London based finance team. This role provides the opportunity to work for a leading company with a proven track record of investment and partnerships and with over £5 billion under management.For this Global Financial Controller role your key responsibilities will include

  • Lead the corporate finance for the company’s US & UK Portfolio
  • Complete the Annual and Management Accounts, reporting key metrics to senior management.
  • Collate the Group Accounts for the stand alone business’s monthly.
  • Take responsibility for the Treasury, FX Management and Tax including LLP returns and US Tax.
  • Ensure the regulatory reporting is completed and update the business on new regulations.
  • The role will not include any fund accounting processes but knowledge would be beneficial to the team.
    • Your skills for this Financial Controller role will be.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or Equivalent
  • The role would suit a person from a PE / Hedge Fund Service Provider or with a corporate finance accounting knowledge within an Investment / Hedge Fund
  • A results driven individual with keen eye for detail and analytics.
  • Professional communicator, both written and verbal
