Working within the Global Commercial Team the task is to help develop a new Enterprise position for the company and ensure the direction of Awin’s previous success is accelerated. Responsible for assisting in product and positioning, championing and coaching on developments in local markets and to the wider industry, building and developing new relationships/partnerships with Enterprise companies and their representative agencies.Key TasksKey responsibilities within this role include:

  • Participation in stakeholder groups to develop our Enterprise proposition on an ongoing basis
  • Assistance in developing sales approach for Enterprise and coaching local senior sales
  • Working in collaboration with a range of departments and directors to co-ordinate approaches and generate innovative ideas for engagement
  • Conducting in depth research in regards to the status of target brand clients Affiliate activity - pressure points, renewal dates, key contacts etc. and defining a slick strategy to attack opportunities with tactical timing to engage in an effort to win the business
  • Researching new sectors and markets for expansion of Awin services
  • Generating outbound sales pipeline with key brands and partners
  • Effective and efficient appraisal of prospective advertisers’ propositions and affiliate channel performance
  • Monitor movement of key senior marketing professionals between brand roles to leverage any previous direct relationship
  • Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles (RFI’s, RFP’s, quotes, presentations, reporting, closing).
  • Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets
  • All aspects of customer support through the sales and integrations process
  • Updating progress on Salesforce CRM software
  • Whilst the above is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position to evolve allowing you greater scope to gain both knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace. As a hard-working member of the team, it is anticipated that you will in time use the skills developed in this role to form a solid basis for upward progression within the company.Skills & ExpertiseTo be successful you will need to meet the below requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a relevant direct sales in digital marketing and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience of successful selling to international blue chip businesses.
  • Evidence of consistent over-achievement across territories/verticals.
  • Excellent computer literacy including all MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and initiative-taking with a strong entrepreneurial flair.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience dealing with C-level decision makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment.
  • Superior level of financial analytical ability to ensure that the needs of the business and those of the advertiser are met.
  • High degree of resilience and persuasiveness, with exemplary negotiation skills
  • Experience and understanding of corporate contracts
  • High standard of academic achievement
