Reporting into a Commercial Director, The Doyle Collection is currently looking for a talented Global Director of Sales and Trade Marketing. The main responsibility is to manage the overall global DC sales & B2B marketing strategy, with primary focus on Con and key global partners. The goal of this role is to maximise opportunities withnew and existing clients and drive revenue for all hotels in the collection. Whilst overseeing the global sales team in order effectively manage accounts and grow revenue.Key Responsibilities Implementation and management of the group sales & B2B marketing strategy Management of relationships with key global partners; Initiate key drivers to grow both existing and new clients Working with and supporting the Commercial Team to drive company revenue goals Roll-out of new B2B communications plan through agencies, industry partners and direct channels Creation of B2B CRM plan & B2B databases acquisition Work closely with Marketing team to better streamline B2B brand and messaging; to reflect B2C promotions Work closely with DOSs and GMs on-property to support overall strategy and budget requirements; assist with sales team projects etc Management of GDS presence - branding, content, positioning, marketing etc Support with TMC marketing Assist with the negotiation and contracting terms for both partners and hotel suppliers Focus on targeting & developing relationships with existing and new Corp/ Business Con and TMC accounts to drive revenue Contracting global Entertainment accounts to ensure exposure for the group Penetration of accounts - 360 approach Manage The Doyle Circle Loyalty to maximise opportunities for the group Full mgmt. of UK & US consortia partners - strategy, account mgmt, marketing, budget Con / HEL - US, UK and Europe Relationships & Account Mgmt Presentations, webinars and trade shows when Global lead required - all segments Management of the global sales team (UK & USA)The Doyle CollectionThe Doyle Collection is a carefully curated collection of eight Irish family-owned luxury and urban hotels.
