This technology identifies fraud attempts by individuals (e.g., claimants, contractors, employees,and vendors) that legacy systems often miss and provides organizations from insurance, government, and many other sectors around the globe with rapid risk identification and reduced fraud.They have solved the challenge of screening large volumes of people at scale, in any language, and without bias. Cutting-edge risk assessment technology is purposefully designed, built, and implemented to clear most people who present low risk while identifying those few that present a higher risk.This has enabled clients ability to optimize otherwise laborious, subconsciously biased, and inefficient screening processes.Role and ResponsibilitiesThey are looking for an experienced professional to join their growing team and help build presence in the global insurance industry. You will be part of a collaborative team of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing personnel but also work autonomously to execute the global partnership plan.This is still a young company with game-changing technology and tremendous potential in the market.To be successful in this role you must be a team player with a strong work ethic, initiative, and a positive attitude.Responsibilities Conceive of, identify, recruit, and actively manage core, strategic partnerships Emphasis within InsurTech marketplace, but ideal candidate will have range to support other verticals and markets worldwide Partnerships are primarily go-to-market-oriented, and may also encompass technology components including product/service integration Conceive, design, and create repeatable account management framework to support mutual revenue goals of each partnership Must have proven record of enabling partners to build pipeline and close business Experience and success participating in technology product launches via global partnerships Must be comfortable with large multinational systems integrators and consultancies, as well as smaller regional players Strong ability to function within the C Suite Must be able to travel on an as-needed basisProfessional Qualifications: 7+ years in alliance and partner management in enterprise-level technology companies Points of references and channel sales wins in InsurTech, FraudTech, ClaimsTech is highly desired You must be strategic, resilient, engaging and a natural self-starter Proactive relationship builder who can deliver a sense of transactional urgency leading to close Proven track record in recruiting and managing strategic partnerships with resellers, integrators, consulting firms and other relevant channel partners Prior successful experience at a startup, and building an early stage partnership and alliance organization Contacts within insurance companies fraud and claims technology stakeholders is highly desired Must have passion for emerging technology staying up on competition and best practices Demonstrated and verifiable track record of bringing value and meeting performance goals and objectivesThis position can be located anywhere within the UK or USA, and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer located in San Francisco, CA. The includes an attractive base salary, and incentive comp plan, including equity.
