Job Description

Global Digital Product OwnerA multinational coffeehouse chain are looking for a Global Digital Product Owner to join their team remotely on a 5 month contract.Responsibilities

  • Youll own the prioritisation and delivery of exciting features and products supporting the expansion of capabilities on their global website platform.
  • From small frequent changes to large complex projects you will work across an extensive breadth of work that will provide regular new challenges and great opportunities to grow and expand your skillset.
  • Youll work with stakeholders from around the business to understand and anticipate their needs and goals and then break business requirements down in to clear epics and user stories to be prioritised and delivered in an agile way.
  • Delivering in increments you will use data and tracking to forensically measure performance and to inform your decisions about how to iterate and continually improve, keeping stakeholders informed of performance on a regular basis.
  • Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Owner, youll be the subject matter expert for the website and will establish yourself as the go to person for any new ideas, requirements or any information about your backlog and product roadmap.
  • Youll work across the Global platform, working closely with IT, CMO, Digital design and content teams and with stakeholders based in the UK and in their global markets.
  • As they look to establish themselves as a leading player in their sector abroad, this role will be critical to the success of this ambition as they roll out digital tools to support this expansion and growth.
  • As a total coffee company, they must build omnichannel experiences that give consumers a choice to enjoy their favourite coffee, so great networking and communication skills with other platform teams are critical.
  • By embracing agile ways of working, youll ensure high productivity and faster delivery that contributes significantly to the continuous improvements and optimisation of digital products that deliver against core KPIs.
Skills Required
  • Strong understanding Agile methodologies - particularly Kanban and Scrum Frameworks
  • CSPO qualified -desirable
  • Understanding of wider digital tools (Jira, Adobe Analytics, Miro, MS Office)
  • First class written skills
  • Expert knowledge in Product Information tools
  • High class attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem identification and solving skills
  • Organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment
  • Ability to independently manage own work-load, proactively interacting with key resources as needed
  • Able to manage budgets and forecasts efficiently
